Sept. 22nd marks the first day of fall – Can you believe it? Our kids are back in school and we are starting to see the colors of summer fade. Also looking forward, it’s no secret that 2010 is believed to be the start of better times for our economy. With a new light around the corner, it is essential that we understand and prepare how to deal with positive change in our workplace because it can be a daunting task.
