Like last month, I'm a guest author for this
month's Newsletter and a colleague of Mark's. Despite the many challenges all of us face with a struggling economy, restricted IT budgets and continuous economic uncertainty in the future I think we can all agree that "people are our most important asset" and every day is a good day to find ways to develop and support our dedicated staff.
