Greetings from all of us at Geneva Technical Services! My name is Megan McCann and I'm a
colleague of Mark's and a guest author for our May newsletter.
While today's business environment presents us with many challenges, it also provides us with new opportunities. In fact, now is the perfect time for leaders to gain new insights about themselves and learn new skills in order to make an even greater contribution to their organization.
Much of this starts with the management of existing staff. Employees are using the unique economic climate in which we find ourselves to justify their bad attitudes. To successfully lead in such a climate, you may need to broaden your approach to managing the effectiveness of your relationships with both team members and colleagues.
